Incredibly diverse, paper lanterns can have the most unique shapes, bright colours and varying sizes. We see them in Asian nations but they have also become widely encountered in Europe and America. Often presented as decorative items, paper lanterns draw attention with their diversely coloured paper and elegant styles, transforming any room into something wonderful. Are paper lanterns legal around the USA? Luckily, the answer is yes.

From the start, you should know that paper lanterns are not risky to use, even when it comes to those that have candles burning inside. Caution must be exercised when using candle-lit paper lanterns but the majority of paper lanterns are nowadays equipped with LED lights or bulbs. Given this fact, you can let go of all your worries. Candle-lit paper lanterns are often used in festivals, be they floating sky lanterns or tea light lanterns (the kind that float on the water, not in the sky). In such situations, extreme attention should be given to the paper lanterns, especially in the presence of strong winds. We have yet to mention the wonderful atmosphere that paper lanterns are able to create, transforming the night sky into something brilliant. Whether we are talking about adding something magical to your surroundings, changing the lighting in a room with such objects or simply selecting a new style for your family dwelling, paper lanterns have become an integral part of our lives. They are so beautiful that even businesses have started to use them as a means of attracting clients.

There are not many lamps in the world that can create the same lighting and atmosphere as paper lanterns. It’s no wonder that so many cultures prefer to use them rather than traditional lighting methods. Paper lanterns are tasteful decorations which come in impressive forms, making everything look even more refined. A lovely setting becomes even lovelier with paper lanterns ‘thrown’ around.

Before decorating your rooms with paper lanterns, think about what great light sources they will make. As opposed to other light sources, these paper lanterns can be looked at directly, spreading a light that is as beautiful as it is relaxing. Use paper lanterns for the room that speaks to your heart the most and find your inner peace in there.
